Founded by Kantilal Keshavlal Shah, the business started in traditional trade and FMCG distribution, and has grown into a diversified enterprise serving multiple industries and representing globally recognised brands.

Each company trades independently, with its own leadership and market focus, and shares the standards and relationships the group has built over 95 years. Our companies operate across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
